1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Your commission is for your personal, non-profit use only. Do not sell the artwork, print it on merchandise, or distribute it unless you purchase commercial rights. I do make exceptions if you plan to only print a small batch, so feel free to ask! Commercial rights can be purchased for an additional 50% your artwork's creation cost, I won't ask for a cut of your profits (unless the artwork is going to be mass-distributed or resold, then we'll have to discuss royalties.) I will still retain the right to showcase the artwork in portfolios, social media and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Revisions & Feedback

    Please do not make alterations to, re-create, or copy my art; or allow others to use my work without first asking for permission. This includes practices like turning my art into animations for animated emotes. If there is anything you wish was different about your commission, please tell me! I want you to be happy with the result.

3. Payment Terms

    Payments will be made via paypal. If you wish to cancel your order you may request a refund and I will send you the artwork at its present stage. Your monetary refund depends on how much work I’ve put into your commission, however. Here’s the breakdown! 

• No Work: 95% Refund (paypal takes some fees)

• Sketches: 50% Refund

• Final: No refund.​
